Matera is a historic city in the south of Italy. This city has been nominated European Capital of Culture 2019.
Sassi Matera is an ancient human settlement . The chatacteristics of this area are the houses dug into the stone hillside. Narrow pathways create a labyrinth which cuts through the village.
Visiting the stone houses and climbing up and down the narrow winding path is a surreal experience.

Masseria Tolla is located in Ostuni, a historical bleached-white town in Puglia .
A family-run masseria where the owners are very gracious and hospitable.
They serve a delicious breakfast of homemade jams and baked goods.
This quiet location is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden and an ancient well.
A tiny picturesque church welcomes guests upon entry to the Masseria.

TORRE GUACETO – PUGLIA, October 2014
Torre Guaceto is a natural reserve and protect marine area on the coast near Brindisi.
There is a visitors ‘ trolley which transport people from the parking area to the beach.
Visitors can walk along the beach to admire the clear sea water full of fish and sea plants.
The symbol of the reserve is the Guaceto tower built many century ago.
The reserve is home to many local flora and fauna and walking in this area is delightful experience.
